Restoration is a process that involves multiple factors that improves energy level, cleanses and rejuvenates the body to improve overall health. This may take only a shorter time  for some maybe a few weeks or a longer time for others up to several months or more  to truly feel the benefits depending upon your current and past health history. True rejuvination takes time, don't rush it- be mindful and savor the changes that happen to you inside and out.


How Do We Restore?

There is no magic bullet that solves all health concerns, but there are several methods that can work together to speed up and facilitate these processes. Once you are where you would like to be, or at least close to it- energy level, weight goals and sense of vitality, etc.- then continue your journey with daily healthy habits that sustain  positive results.


We restore by “feeding our tree” meaning we feed our bodies with all the nourishment it needs- body mind and soul. Consuming organic foods, herbs and spices; maintaining our hydration, sleeping habits and exercising regularly. Employing daily self-care rituals repairs and rejuvenates our physical appearance which can lift up your spirits making you feel good.   Practice Moderation while avoiding extremes helps us balance our homeostasis and circadian rhythm.


Detoxification and cleansing is the final step to the restoration process. Following a long, slow detox program which will help to cleanse your internal organs, use other techniques to relieve stress, relax the mind and emotions with deep breathing, meditation and yoga.
