Hairy Crab Oolong green-style oolong name for the fine hairs on the backsides of leaves and as the leaf unfurls it resembles claw shapes. It is a highly floral tea grown in AnXi Region. Traditionally processed and lightly oxidized- leaves are rolled with a mix of light and dark green leaves. Taste is delicious peach-like notes not tasting astringent. Serve hot or iced.
